Damaged or wrong parts

Damaged or defective parts

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll ask for photos of the damage so we can offer you a solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

Wrong parts

If you received a different part than the one you ordered, please let us know within 3 days so we can provide you with a solution.

Custom or made-to-measure pieces

We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized, custom-made, or modified pieces unless they arrive damaged.

Conditions for return

* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

* Return shipping is at the customer's expense (except in the case of error or damage caused by us).

* Upon receiving the part and confirming its condition, we will issue the refund within 5-10 business days.
