Where do we ship?

We ship throughout Mexico and abroad. If your country isn't listed in the shipping options, please contact us directly for assistance.

* Shipping within Mexico: between 2 and 5 business days.

* International shipping: between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on the country and courier service.

Please note that these times may vary due to external factors such as holidays, customs, or courier delays.

Shipping cost:

The cost is calculated based on the destination and the weight of the package. You'll see it before confirming your purchase.

We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Packaging and protection

All of our pieces are carefully packaged to protect them during shipping. We also include a small card with information about your piece's materials.

Follow-up

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking number so you can track your package at all times.
